Senior C# Developer - Assistant Vice President

The FX Options Pricing and Market Data distribution team is going through significant reengineering and modernization. We are looking for an AVP C# developer and technologist to take a hands-on role and contribute to the design and delivery of the system.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Contribute to the design and development of the electronic FX Options Trading Platform specializing in:
+ RFQ (Request for Quote) client or sales to trader workflow
+ Streaming prices
+ Volatility Surface and other market data management
+ Structured Product Pricing workbench
+ Live and End of Day market data distribution
+ Collaborate with a global team of developers, quants and traders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
+ Drive the design and development of system architecture, work with users of the system, and enhance the quality of deliverables
+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of development, deployment and testing processes
+ Share your knowledge and mentor other developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment
**Required Skills:**
+ Knowledge and experience of C#, WPF in an event-driven architecture
+ Proficient in multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning
+ Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
+ OpenShift/Kubernetes experience
+ Caching technologies e.g. Gemfire, Redis or others
+ Middleware technologies: Solace, Kafka, Tibco or other
+ Awareness of industry trends and leveraging new technologies as appropriate
+ Proven track record of building new systems, replacing legacy systems and renovating existing systems
**Nice to have:**
+ Experience in subscribing and consuming Exchange Data
+ Experience working in finance is a plus, but not required
