As a Senior Buyer, you will play a critical role in enabling reliable product availability while balancing cost, risk, and supplier performance. This role offers broad visibility, strong supplier ownership, and meaningful cross‑functional influence in a regulated, fast‑moving environment.

What You Will DoManage strategic and tactical purchasing activities for an assigned portfolio to maintain uninterrupted supply of finished goods and materialsCommunicate weekly and daily demand requirements to suppliers and adjust volumes based on updated supply plansPlace purchase orders in compliance with agreed rules and ensure alignment with supplier agreementsExecute and communicate safety stock levels for raw materials and finished goods to support service and continuity targetsAct as primary operational contact for suppliers, resolving availability issues and escalating long‑term supply constraints when requiredTrack, analyze, and report supplier performance using standard metrics including on‑time and in‑full delivery, lead time compliance, price variance, and past‑due ordersMaintain accurate purchasing and supplier master data, including lead times, minimum order quantities, and replenishment parametersLead supplier-facing and internal continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risk, optimize cost, and improve executionWhat You Will Need

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, manufacturing, or supply chain operationsProficiency in written and spoken English and French

Preferred:

Experience in supplier relationship managementExperience working with enterprise resource planning systemsExperience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or aerospaceExperience applying continuous improvement or cost reduction methodologies
