**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Manage purchase orders, vendor compliance, and procurement channels to ensure timely and accurate sourcing of goods and services.
+ Drive cost savings through competitive quoting, negotiation, and strategic supplier selection using tools like Ariba.
+ Support contract lifecycle activities, including vendor onboarding, contract entry, and compliance tracking.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to train users on procurement systems and processes, ensuring adherence to company policies.
+ Monitor procurement performance metrics, resolve invoice discrepancies, and report on operational status to leadership.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing and/or materials management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting strongly preferred
+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
+ Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
+ Ability to manage procurement operations independently and collaboratively.
+ Demonstrated capability to train others and ensure process compliance.
**Work Environment**
This position operates in a professional office setting with occasional visits to plant or supplier locations. It requires collaboration across various departments and may involve limited travel.
