**Description:** + Supervise and support the Butler/Villa Host team in serving villa guests, ensuring personalized service and the highest standards. + Personally attend to VIP guests or guests with special requests, ensuring all needs are fulfilled promptly. + Coordinate villa preparation prior to guest arrival: inspect setup, amenities, equipment and cleanliness. + Assist with villa check‑in/check‑out processes, delivering an elevated and private guest experience. + Handle villa service requests: dining arrangements, transportation, decorations, private events, etc. + Train and mentor new team members on Butler/Villa Host procedures, communication skills and personalized service techniques. + Work closely with Housekeeping, Culinary, Engineering and other departments to ensure seamless villa service. + Monitor villa assets and report damages or maintenance needs. + Inspect minibar, amenities and items before guest arrival to ensure accuracy and completeness. + Act as the key liaison between guests and other departments to ensure maximum satisfaction. + Perform other tasks as assigned by the Villa Manager/Rooms Division Manager. **Qualifications:** + Diploma, College or University degree in Hospitality, Tourism or related fields. + Experience as a Butler/Villa Host or VIP service is preferred; not mandatory for candidates with good attitude and communication skills. + Strong communication skills with a polite, friendly and well-groomed demeanor. + Good English communication; additional languages are a plus. + Good organizational skills and effective handling of guest requests. + Detail-oriented, attentive and guest-service minded. + Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays; ready to assist guests at any time. **Primary Location:** VN-Kien Giang-Phu Quoc **Organization:** Park Hyatt Phu Quoc **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Guest Services **Req ID:** PHU000498 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
