Senior Business Valuation Associate

We’re partnering with a growing advisory firm seeking a Senior Business Valuation Associate to join their Valuation & Transaction Advisory team. This role focuses on financial modeling, valuation analysis, and client-facing advisory work, with opportunities to lead engagements and mentor junior team members.

What You’ll Do:Lead financial analysis and build complex valuation modelsApply advanced valuation methodologies (DCF, market comps, capitalization of earnings)Prepare and present valuation reports and insights to clientsSupport transaction advisory work, including Quality of Earnings engagementsConduct client interviews and develop strong business understandingProvide recommendations based on valuation outcomesCollaborate across teams to deliver high-quality engagementsMentor and develop junior analystsAssist with business development and client relationship managementWhat We’re Looking For:Experience in financial modeling and business valuationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExposure to transaction advisory, M&A, or consulting environmentsAdvanced Excel and financial modeling capabilitiesBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CFA a plus)

This is a Permanent position based out of Dublin, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
