Senior Business Valuation Associate We’re partnering with a growing advisory firm seeking a Senior Business Valuation Associate to join their Valuation & Transaction Advisory team. This role focuses on financial modeling, valuation analysis, and client-facing advisory work, with opportunities to lead engagements and mentor junior team members. What You’ll Do: + Lead financial analysis and build complex valuation models + Apply advanced valuation methodologies (DCF, market comps, capitalization of earnings) + Prepare and present valuation reports and insights to clients + Support transaction advisory work, including Quality of Earnings engagements + Conduct client interviews and develop strong business understanding + Provide recommendations based on valuation outcomes + Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality engagements + Mentor and develop junior analysts + Assist with business development and client relationship management What We’re Looking For: + Experience in financial modeling and business valuation + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Exposure to transaction advisory, M&A, or consulting environments + Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CFA a plus) Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Dublin, OH.
