TheSeniorBusinessTravelandLuxuryLeisureSalesManagerisresponsiblefordrivingrevenuegrowthwithinthebusinesstravelandLeisuretravelsegments bybuildingandmanaging strongrelationshipswithtravel agencies, corporatetravelmanagers,touroperators,wholesalers,andkeyindustry partners.This rolefocusesonproactively promotingthehotel’s services and experiences whileidentifyingnew businessopportunitiestomaximize roomnightsand overallrevenue.Weareseekingaresult- orientedsalesprofessional with a passion forhospitalityandproven abilitytocultivatelastingclientpartnerships.
Responsibilitiesinclude but not limited to selling _hotel services & experiences_ _corporate_ accounts, travel agencies, wholesalers, _consortia’s and its related platforms for individual or_ groups.
**Key** **Responsibilities:**
• Developandimplement _yearly_ strategicsalesplansper marketto _achieve individual and team goals._
• Increasemarketshareandachieverevenue goals
• Execute “Total Managing Accounts” current and future clients (groups & FIT’s) .
• Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswith key accounts intotravel agencies,touroperators, entertainment,on-linetravel agencies(OTAs),andwholesale partners.
• Conduct regularclientvisits, _property site inspections_ , salespresentationstoshowcase thehotel and its services.
_•_ _Develop retention and acquisition plan into domestic and international markets._
• Representthehotelat _related_ industrytradeshows,roadshows, networking eventstoexpandthehotel's presence.
• Negotiaterates,contractsandpackageswithinaccountstosecure business.
• Monitormarketconditionsandcompetitor activities toadjust sales strategiesproactively.
• CollaboratecloselywithRevenue ManagementandMarketingteamstocreate targetedpromotions,packages,andseasonal offersthatdriverevenuegrowth.
• Maintainup-to-daterecords ofsalesactivities,clientinteractions,andaccount managementinto _Hyatt Sales System._
• Present Quarterly production report by market comp with budget including pipeline and market trends.
• Engagewithon-site teammembers _and lead educational sessions_ toensure seamless _luxury_ guest experience(Front office team, reservation, housekeeper, etc.) _to fulfill standards of Luxury program_ (welcome amenity/card,roomtype, complaints, etc.)
• Collaboratewithsalesand eventteamto identify additional businessopportunities
_•_ _Collaborate and work closely with Hyatt Sales Force team in all accounts related to this market_
_•_ _Keep & maintain in-line expenses approved for account/market assigned._
_•_ _Attend Sales & Marketing meetings and training requested for this role_
_•_ _Execute & maintain “brand” values to stablish difference with competitors_

**Qualifications:**
· _Three (3) to Five (5) years’ experience in this role (150 rooms property)_
· Knowledgeof _key market_ accountsandagencies withinthebusiness travel andluxurytravelsegments
· Excellentcommunication,negotiation,andrelationship-buildingskills.
· Advanced computerknowledge,Agency360,Cvent/Lanyon, Envision and Luxury program’s platforms/software
· Willingnessandabilitytotravelforclientmeetings,tradeshows,andindustryevents.
