Overview

Eagleview, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a Senior Business Systems Architect within Business Applications.

 

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Architect to drive the architectural vision, design, and optimization of our enterprise application landscape, with an emphasis on scalable and robust system architecture. The primary focus for this role is to architect seamless and secure integrations across core platforms, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Boomi, and a new Billing/Subscription Management system, beginning with the critical Orders to Cash workflow.

 

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise architecture principles, data modeling, and integration frameworks. You will be responsible for shaping the architectural direction, ensuring that systems are designed for scalability, maintainability, and data integrity. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will define and document system interactions, set architectural standards, and guide the adoption of best practices across the organization. Your insight will be essential in developing the enterprise systems roadmap to support the company's strategic objectives and future scalability. This is a high-impact, highly visible position, collaborating closely with the CIO, CFO, and COO organizations to ensure technology architecture aligns with business goals.


Responsibilities

Design and document system interactions, data flows, and integration points to ensure consistency, scalability, and performance.Architect and maintain the end-to-end integration strategy across Salesforce, NetSuite, Boomi, and the billing/subscription platform ensuring data integrity across all data stores.Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and align systems with business objectives.Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance for new initiatives and enhancements.Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and frameworks to support evolving business needs.Ensure data integrity and governance across systems through robust architecture and integration practices.Mentor and guide development and operations teams on best practices for system integration and architecture.
Qualifications

8+ years of experience in enterprise business systems architecture, with a focus on SaaS platforms.Proven experience in architecting Orders to Cash workflows and systemsProven experience with Salesforce (Sales/Service/CPQ) and NetSuite ERP architecture and customization.Strong expertise in Boomi or similar iPaaS platforms for system integration.Experience with subscription billing platforms (e.g., BillingPlatform, GTV, Zuora, Chargebee) and understanding of recurring revenue models.Deep understanding of data modeling, API design, and system interoperability.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.Ability to execute and manage multiple workstreams within an Agile framework

Preferred

Salesforce and/or NetSuite certifications.Experience with data warehousing, reporting platforms, or analytics tools.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Background in finance, billing, or revenue operations is a plus.

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. This is a full-time, remote role, with a salary range of $125K-$140K, bonus eligible.
