In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to define business specifications, develop and coordinate the rollout of enhancements to existing products and systems. This role will serve as a technical expert when evaluating new technological solutions and help the business evaluate and focus investments. You will independently coordinate the projects, project plans and facilitate project meetings. You will serve as a technical expert and provide associate training in specific systems and aspects of our solutions.
To thrive in this role, you must be analytically sharp, strategic, and focused on delivering value. You have experience defining and measuring business value, managing multiple initiatives, and communicating with diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and brings a strong analytical foundation, experience with enterprise systems, and a passion for turning business challenges into scalable, tech-enabled solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Here's what you can expect on a typical day:
You'll start each day collaborating with teams to understand responsibilities, identify any issues, and communicate priorities. You'll continue to have meetings throughout the day as you create and organize your roadmap. You're always learning and researching new industry trends to make our products better. You'll incorporate what makes sense into your roadmap based on our clients, the market, ADP's goals, and what impact the future of tech will have on your products. You'll create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders and ensure everyone is in this together and communicates most appropriately. You'll collaborate across multiple teams with developers, other product managers, and UX teams, to name some, to continually drive innovation and make the best solutions. You have experience measuring solution effectiveness, reporting outcomes, and driving priorities. You'll speak to internal and external stakeholders to communicate and defend ideas while answering critical questions.TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent. You have 5+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role. You have 2+ years of vendor management and designing and configuring system solutions. You demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to analyze large, complex data and business problems.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
Salesforce CRM and with understanding of object and field relations Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation Designing and developing system solutions that align with business needs, including functional specifications, system design documents, and test plans. Ability to clearly define business requirements and translate into technical design documentation. Ability to size development efforts and drive prioritization based on ROI. Understanding business goals, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and potential solutions. Proficient with UAT documentation and tracking Familiarity with software development life cycles and methodologies Experience with Jira and Confluence Change management and large-scale transformation experience. Risk, Insurance, or HCM experience. Management projects, coordinating with developers and stakeholders, and tracking progress. Meticulous in a deadline driven environment. Ability to identify and resolve problems at their source. Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.MUST HAVE GAINED SKILLS:
