WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role will provide support to Senior Directors in EMEA Finance Planning (FP&A) and collaborate closely with their teams, working across Business Planning and Marketplace Finance Planning. The primary partnership will be with the Executive Admin Assistant to the EMEA CFO, working together to create and maintain the weekly and monthly rhythm of the EMEA Finance Planning team.

Complex Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, managing conflicts, and coordinating with teammates and leadersPlanning Meetings and Events: Securing event space, handling budgeting, catering, agenda planning, and working with external partiesTeam & Culture Building: Fostering team connections through staff meetings, team-building activities, offsites, and workspace designExpense Management: Preparing expense reports, tracking budgets, and processing invoices and purchase ordersTravel Coordination: Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and managing itineraries and documentationDocument Preparation & Organization: Producing, editing, and formatting documents and email correspondenceCommunications: Drafting, editing, and sending communications on the leader's behalf, under their directionSpace Planning: Partnering with stakeholders to organize individual or departmental moves, workspace planning, and equipment relocationsApplication deadline: 28/1/2026
