**What You’ll Be Doing**
As the Senior Business Project Manager, you will be joining CIBC’s Modernization & Enablement Project Delivery team where you will focus on delivering projects that impact the Bank’s Operations. _This includes but not limited to: Retail Account Services, Retail Lending Services, Retail Mortgage Services, Commercial Payment Services and Capital Markets, Commercial Banking, Wealth Management Operations, Client Account Management and Retail Payment Services._ You will manage a project and/or a portfolio of project from end-to-end, leading teams of stakeholders and business partners to ensure successful completion in line with scope, budget, quality, and timelines, following CIBC’s Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF). You will leverage your expertise in project management and people change management (PCM) methodologies to recommend continuous improvements for all project plans.

**How You’ll Succeed**
+ **Project Management:** Outline project goals, resource requirements, and planning; Track financials and benefits, support project artifact delivery; Participate in project ideation and drive business case development; Effectively articulate project status, issues, and risks; Provide leadership to ensure projects meet objectives with a focus on client experience.
+ **Communication:** Develop compelling presentation materials for project status reporting and executive decision-making; Calibrate work progress and status, negotiate and influence business partners to ensure alignment across initiatives.
+ **Relationship Management:** Support internal partners, including executives, in making informed decisions about programs, products, and services; Collaborate with teams to achieve common goals and negotiate deliverables and milestones as needed.
+ **Project Leadership:** Proactively identify and resolve issues and risks; Monitor milestones for completion according to timelines and budgets; Develop, execute, and track personalized project plans balancing quality, time, and cost.
**Who You Are**
+ **You have relevant experience** delivering large and complex programs with strategic, business, and technical components in a multi-channel, multi-product service environment. You have 7-10 years of experience in Project Management, with a relevant degree or diploma in business or a related field. PMP Designation, People Change Management training and MBA are assets.
+ **Delivery Frameworks** : You possess comprehensive knowledge and experience in project management disciplines and Enterprise Delivery Frameworks.
