In this position, you will be tasked with analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements and implementing automation tools within acute and ambulatory healthcare organizations. The objective is to enhance operational efficiency, patient care, and overall service quality.
The ideal candidate must possess a robust background in healthcare operations, exceptional analytical capabilities, and proficient communication skills with diverse teams. The candidate is expected to remain abreast of industry trends and best practices and leverage this knowledge to assist organizations in navigating the complexities of the healthcare sector. Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrators to understand their needs and challenges within their revenue cycle operationsDesign and build automated test suites that are scalable, robust, and automatic, requiring minimal human intervention and supportDevelop and execute strategic initiatives for long-range planning and lifecycle management for various automation platformsCreate, implement, and adhere to operational and technical standards, best practices, processes, and proceduresEvaluate new technologies and recommend solutionsAnalyze client feedback to identify how test gaps and suggested mitigations will affect the test automation architectureAnalyze current healthcare processes and identify areas for improvementCollaborate with healthcare professionals and administrators to understand their needs and challengesMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changesEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and standardsUse data analysis tools to track performance metrics and identify trendsProvide ongoing support and guidance to operations teams during the implementation phaseDevelop and maintain solid relationships with clients and stakeholdersComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). College Graduate3+ experience with Process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma3+ years experience in Project Management, managing multiple projects, utilizing MS Project or similar tools Experience with data analysis and performance metricsExperience in change management and stakeholder engagementExperience in Contact Center healthcare process improvementSolid understanding of healthcare operations and regulationsProficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis toolsAbility to facilitate calls and meetings Knowledge of healthcare information systems and technologyProficient in Microsoft 365 core applications
