We are looking for a Senior Business Manager to run CISO Operations within Microsoft Security. This role supports the Cybersecurity Engineering organization by driving operational excellence, enabling strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment across business priorities. The Business Manager partners closely with engineering leaders to manage rhythm-of-business activities, headcount planning, budget oversight, communications, and cross-team coordination.
