Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge. Analyze solution documentation and develop it into clear business and technical requirements. Ensure the integrity and traceability of requirements throughout the entire end‑to‑end customer journey. Drive joint application design solutioning sessions with architecture, development and security teams to refine the solution approaches and support high-level estimates for medium and large sized initiatives. Facilitate collaborative requirements and design sessions with stakeholders, Product Owners, UI/UX designers, developers and QA to define and refine acceptance criteria Create, refine and maintain high-quality user stories, sequence diagrams, and supporting artifacts - such as process flows and example scenarios - ensuring alignment with development and business needs. Serve as the subject matter expert for mobile app capabilities, design patterns, platform behaviours, and end‑to‑end process flows. Refine and maintain product and release backlogs, ensuring clarity of scope, prioritization and realistic delivery timelines. Bridge business and IT to ensure alignment on functional and non-functional requirements (such as reporting, performance, interfaces, and constraints). Contribute to improving engineering practices and delivery processes, while supporting feature scoping and refinement. Foster a collaborative, knowledge‑sharing team culture that encourages continuous improvement. Champion a high‑performance and inclusive work environment, supporting team health, growth, and accountability.

 

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

 

 

5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a challenging IT system solution agile or lean environment. Degree in Engineering or Computer Science Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex situations and navigate ambiguity. You naturally notice every detail in documents, requirements, and conversations, and you help the team maintain clarity and consistency across everything we deliver. You take pride in doing great work, and your drive to deliver high‑quality outcomes is simply part of who you are. Excellent understanding and experience with microapps and microservices architecture, as well as RESTful and SOAP (XML & JSON), OpenAPI, and OAuth2.0. Proficient with delivery and collaboration tools, including JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, MS Office, and Postman Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, technology, and cross‑functional teams.
