We are looking for a highly skilled Senior BI Developer to strengthen our team and support our clients with advanced business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication and teamwork skills, ensuring smooth collaboration with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with business users to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver effective BI solutions. Collaborate proactively with team members across functions, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Provide senior-level expertise and guidance in BI technologies, supporting complex solution design, development, and optimization. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of BI components aligned with project needs.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, enabling clear interaction with end-users, stakeholders, and colleagues. Team Collaboration: Strong team player attitude – proactive, collaborative, and reliable in achieving shared goals. Experience Level: Senior-level consultant with a proven track record in BI solution delivery and technical leadership.

 

Technical Expertise:

Microsoft BI Stack – In-depth experience across the full suite. SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services) – Advanced knowledge is essential, as SSAS is a core requirement for this role. SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) – Working knowledge preferred, though not a primary focus. Tableau – Nice to have; familiarity with dashboarding and visualization is beneficial but not mandatory.
