Job Profile Summary This role is responsible for providing analytical thought leadership, standard and ad hoc analysis, modeling, reporting and insights in support of the Sales Operations, compensation and performance management team. This role will design metrics, routines and supporting tools to ensure the right activities and behaviors are measured for new and steady-state business processes, and the ability to correlate those behaviors to drive desired financial results.

This is a hybrid position requiring an on-site presence at our corporate headquarters in Houston, Texas, three to four days per week.
Summary:
This role is responsible for providing analytical thought leadership, standard and ad hoc analysis, data modeling, reporting, and insights in support of the Sales organization . This role will design metrics, routines, and supporting tools to ensure the right activities and behaviors are measured for new and steady-state business processes, and the ability to correlate those behaviors to drive desired financial results.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner with the PO on solving unstructured problems leveraging or creating data solutionsAnalyze trends and develops insights that create a bias for action to optimize profitable sales growthDesign and develop streamlined and linked reporting across multiple functions in support of annual goal planning, quarterly reviews, and daily execution processesWork closely with Sales Technology Enablement and Learning and Development teams to develop communication, training, and deployment plans Work closely with Business Technology team to create analytics and reporting capabilities to enable performance management routinesManage Director - level stakeholders with ease and confidence and seek multiple ways to solve each problem, demonstrating mastery of your craftContribute to cutting edge projects that include Agentic AI, Gen AI, and personalization.Personal Characteristics:
