Shift Timing : 7:30PM IST to 4.30AM IST
Position Overview –
We are seeking a skilled Workforce Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will analyze workforce data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for creating accurate reports and dashboards. A problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous learning are key attributes for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Deep Statistical Analysis – Utilize advanced statistical methods to analyze workforce data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Data Storytelling – Translate complex data findings into compelling narratives that can be easily understood by non-technical stakeholders, driving actionable insights and strategic decisions. Data Collection & Analysis – Create an intermediate data store using Google's tech stack that combines multiple data sources into specific tables/views for use by the WFM teams. Reporting & visualization – Ability to build dashboards based on intermediate datastore. Business Insights – Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to provide data insights and identify opportunities for process improvements within the workforce. Data Quality & Governance – Clarity on basic principles and best practices for development of data pipelines maintenance to preserve the completeness and quality of the data. Some experience of DBA is preferred but not required. Data Management & Migration – Experience in data migration and refinement of existing data structures, dashboards, and reports which include validation of existing reports for quality and completeness.
Technology Stack Experience –
Advanced SQL BI Dashboards dev (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.) Proficiency in using Google stack and data engineering (data processing & pipelines) Data Visualization & Storytelling Experience in Workforce Management or similar environment (Preferred but not mandatory)
Role Experience –
1.5 5 years of experience in a call center environment as a data or Business Intelligence Analyst. Strong Analytical skills and experience in performing data analysis to address business questions.
Minimum Qualification -
BA in Computer Science with a minor in Statistics from a reputable university. Basic understanding of statistical modeling, including time series forecasting and regression analysis. Familiar with general principles, theories, and methods of forecasting, and aware of potential risks and their management.
