We are seeking a skilled Workforce Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will analyze workforce data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for creating accurate reports and dashboards. A problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous learning are key attributes for success in this role.

Key Competencies -

Strong ability in investigative data analysis to address business questions with a keen eye for accuracy and quality Excellent written and verbal communication for explaining complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Manage multiple tasks and projects with strong focus on maintaining up-to-date process documents. Enjoys investigating and resolving issues related to data and reporting. Actively seek to enhance reporting skills and learn new tools and technologies. Works well with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and support to workforce management teams.
