(https://careers.upmc.com/workinghere/) **Responsibilities:** + Responsible for the development, execution, and management of advanced reporting + Compile and QA data utilized for periodic scheduled and ad hoc reporting + Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies + Identify trends that will help managers and executives make business decisions to improve outcomes/processes in the organization. + Develop deep understanding of data contained within multiple systems and detailed understanding of multiple HCM Cloud application modules + Work with end users to translate business requirements into technical requirements for advanced custom reports + Provide insight for process improvements across functional areas + Act as a liaison with co-workers on technical and data specialist teams to address issues + Develop and execute testing plans prior to the release of new reports. + Perform annual review of reports and dashboards for relevancy and enhancements + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Accounting or a related field required and 3 years of experience with business intelligence tools such as Cognos, OTBI, BI Publisher, Cloud Analytics and complex data analysis required. + OR High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of experience with business intelligence tools such as Cognos, OTBI, BI Publisher, Cloud Analytics and complex data analysis required. **Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:** + Act 34 **UPMC is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veteran**
