In this role, you will:

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives

Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations

Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business

Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership

Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Candidate must be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field)

Candidate must have at least 4+ years of solid expertise in corporate event planning, marketing coordination or administrative support

Must have strong project management and multitasking abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills in English and Filipino

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites [especially Excel and PowerPoint] and Google Workspace

Professional demeanor, with the ability to interact confidently with executives, clients and vendors

Familiarity with event tools like Cvent

Background in a B2B or corporate marketing environment is an advantage

Experience with virtual or hybrid event platforms [Zoom, Microsoft Teams]

Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours and travel for event support

Candidate must be amenable to work at Taguig City

Job Expectations:

Assist in end-to-end planning and execution of the organization’s events.

Collaborate with Internal teams to align event goals with Organization objective.

Coordinate with external vendors, venues, speakers and service providers

Manage logistics such as venue setup, equipment rental, branding materials and catering

Support budgeting, cost tracking, invoice processing and reconciliation of the event

Handle onsite support, including event setup, staff coordination and issue resolution

Ensure adherence to corporate branding, compliance and safety protocols
