1. Strategic Program Leadership
Lead and manage large-scale strategic initiatives and transformation programs.Act as Chief of Staff to senior HR leaders, supporting decision-making and execution.Drive efficiency, governance, and capability growth across functions.2. Operational Oversight
Ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and pipeline management of assigned operations.Track and monitor recruitment adherence and compliance dashboards.Review effectiveness of regional TA activities against targets and metrics.3. Analytical & Advisory Support
Conduct research and analysis on business, operational, and strategic initiatives.Provide insights and recommendations to leadership using HR data and dashboards.Support risk mitigation, process efficiency, and customer experience improvements.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with HR advisory teams and other business units to align strategic goals.Collaborate with team leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures.5. Talent & Capability Development
Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in execution and governance.Participate in hiring and interview processes, including skill-based assessments.Posting End Date:
