By implementing Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), the program is driving a shift toward a cloud-native, AI-enabled platform that enhances customer experience, agent productivity, and operational efficiency. With capabilities like natural language IVR, intelligent call routing, real-time analytics, and omni-channel integration, CCM is simplifying our technology ecosystem—reducing legacy applications by 90% and accelerating time-to-market for new features from months to days.

As part of the CCM team, you’ll help shape one of the largest contact center transformations in the industry, collaborating across business and technology to deliver scalable solutions that support over 35,000 agents and millions of customer interactions annually. The Senior Business Execution Consultant will support the Wave Business Lead, and broader program teams, in executing migration activities, driving cross-functional coordination, and ensuring successful delivery across all phases of the Wave lifecycle. This role is responsible for operational execution, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and supporting post-migration activities.


In this role:

Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with product, technology, controls, and testing teams to align activities, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth executionExecutive Reporting: Prepare materials for Wave Business Reviews and initiative scorecards; support the presentation of key metrics and outcomes to executive leadershipGovernance & Risk Management: Maintain risk, decision, and action logs; escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution and accountabilityLeadership Support: Work under the direction of the Wave Business Lead and collaborate with Lead Execution Consultants, PMs, and other program stakeholders to deliver on key objectivesOperational Execution: Support the planning and execution of migration activities, including scheduling, coordination, and documentation of deliverables and milestonesPost-Migration Support: Assist in Command Center planning, training, cutover coordination, and Day 2 transition activities, including reporting and escalation managementStakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders to support Wave initiatives, ensuring visibility and clear communication throughout the engagement lifecycle (Pre-Discovery to Day 2 transition)Standardization: Support the development and implementation of standardized processes, templates, and reporting artifacts for wave planning and execution

Required Qualifications, US:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
