In this role, you will:
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiativesManage implementation of complex learning and development solutions for various learning audiences through in the moment consultation, facilitation, or coaching sessions to ensure effectiveness of business and managerial stylesEnsure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operationsResearch moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international businessWork independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadershipAssist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experienceCollaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and proceduresProvide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Financial Services experience3+ years of product or project management experience2+ years of experience leading and facilitating new-hire and upskill training programs in financial servicesExpertise taking initiative and operating independently with minimal oversightOutstanding research, problem solving, and analytical skills with the ability to turn findings into executable plansExperience enabling decision-making and brokering agreements amongst diverse, differing, conflicting perspectives, and prioritiesExceptional organizational, project management, time management, and administrative skills to manage multiple activities concurrently with challenging deadlinesAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skillsAbility to exercise independent judgment, creative problem-solving techniques and provide credible challenge to all levels of leadershipStrong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectivesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner to multiple levels of the organizationExperience managing training curriculum including discovering and implementing changes and delivering enhancements to meet business needsExperience conducting thorough session preparation including reviewing facilitator guides, content updates, and technology setupExperience leading train-the-trainer sessions as needed to ensure delivery excellence and consistencyExperience providing feedback to the instructional design and program management teams on program flow, content effectiveness, and reactionsExperience consulting on program design and build efforts
