Senior Business Execution Consultant, Product Owner for AI

About this role:

Wells Fargo's Legal Department is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Business Execution Consultant to serve as the Agile Product Owner for Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives within the Legal department. This role will be instrumental in shaping and driving the adoption, development, and governance of AI tools and capabilities that enhance legal operations and decision-making.

In this role, you will:

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiativesEnsure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operationsResearch moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international businessWork independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadershipAssist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experienceCollaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and proceduresProvide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Proven experience in product ownership, agile delivery, and business execution—preferably within Legal or AI domains.Experience with Jira, agile methodologies, and change management practices.Strong understanding of AI technologies, governance, and operational integration.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
