This position is expected to successfully develop client portfolio, including new customers, renewal and enhancement of existing coverage to ensure the achievement of the sales target.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop a network of potential clients in the non-life insurance sector.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, including handling renewals and providing ongoing support.
• Upsell and cross-sell insurance products to existing clients.
• Seek out and acquire new clients.
• Advise and introduce suitable insurance products to meet clients' needs.
• Work closely with insurance providers to ensure the best service for clients.
• Implement business strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Manage the entire sales process ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Monitor and report business results periodically to management
The Requirements
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance, B2B sales, or other relevant business services.
• Proven ability to develop new client relationships through various approaches, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven and results-focused.
Preferred Candidates
• Background in banking (e.g., corporate sales, relationship management, trade finance), or
• Experience in industrial real estate (e.g., sales, leasing, client relationship)
