**Job Summary:**
Iron Mountain is seeking a **highly motivated** Senior Business Development Manager to join our **Warehousing & Logistics** team.
In this role, you will be responsible for **driving significant revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing complex, strategic new business opportunities within the contract logistics sector.**
This role focuses on building strong client relationships and developing innovative, tailored supply chain solutions that expand Iron Mountain's market presence.
**What You'll Do**
In this role, you will:
+ **Develop** and implement strategic sales plans to achieve volume quota, revenue growth, and market penetration objectives across target sectors (e.g., Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, eCommerce).
+ **Orchestrate** the full engagement process, leveraging existing industry relationships to establish new client relationships, leading contract negotiations, and ensuring profitable and sustainable agreements.
+ **Collaborate** closely with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Design, Operations, and IT, to provide market input, develop innovative client-centric supply chain solutions, and ensure successful operational execution.
**What You'll Bring**
The ideal candidate will have:
+ **7–10 years** of business development experience in contract logistics or related sectors, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
+ Strong knowledge of contract logistics, supply chain solutions, and industry trends, supported by robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
+ A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
