Senior Business Development Manager

Location: NCR (Delhi–Gurgaon–Manesar–Noida belt)

Strategic OEM Engagement & Relationship Leverage

Build strong relationships with Purchase, Sourcing, R&D, Materials & Vendor Development teams at OEMs Influence material approvals and vendor positioning Drive inclusion in OEM approved vendor lists

Demand Creation & Pull Strategy

Create OEM-level pull to drive demand across Tier-1 & Tier-2 suppliers Convert approvals into business with processors and molders Support technical validation, trials, and commercial discussions

Business Development & Revenue Growth

Execute NCR growth strategy aligned with business goals Identify opportunities in new models, EV programs, localization & material conversion Deliver on revenue, margin, and approval pipeline targets

Ecosystem Mapping & Market Intelligence

Map OEM decision-making structures Track competitor activity in engineering plastics Provide insights on pricing trends, sourcing strategies, and new programs

Experience (Critical Requirement)

15+ years of experience in Automotive OEM-focused Business Development. Strong and active connects within NCR-based OEM ecosystem. Proven track record of influencing purchase and vendor development teams. Experience in polymers / plastics / engineering materials preferred but not mandatory. Candidates from automotive components, raw materials, specialty materials, or technical B2B automotive domains will be considered.

Educational Qualification

BE / BTech – Mechanical / Production / Chemical / Polymer Engineering preferred. Strong techno-commercial orientation required. Age Ideally 40–45 years (flexible for high-impact candidate with strong OEM network)
