As part of this team you fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Taking strategy one step further, you also persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level executives, roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation and check back-in to see the impact of your recommendations. The Executive Business Data Science Manager on this team will deliver operational excellence and deliver impactful insights across go-to-market activation levers, including business tooling and processes, business training and skilling, internal business communications and other things. The goals for the role include understanding which levers, in which combinations, deliver the impact for the business, and providing operational insights that further improve the impact of those levers. The role will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a team of analysts, ensuring delivery that directly supports our business efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business outcomes. This leader will translate business questions into actionable projects, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute significantly to our team's overall data science capabilities. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
