This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our client office at a minimum 3 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities:• Manage complexity across business value, technology, and interaction models for large-scale initiatives.
• Interpret and analyze large data sets covering all lines of business at the bank.
• Apply statistical techniques to filter, clean, and normalize data; generate ongoing reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure proper application of relevant phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Feasibility, Requirements, and Analysis.
• Drive data-driven decision-making processes to support strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.
• Data Handling: Advanced knowledge and experience in manipulating large, disparate data sets from multiple sources and formats.
• Experience: 10–15 years of relevant experience managing complex business and technology environments.
• Data Analysis: Advanced ability to work with large, disparate data sets and apply statistical methods for normalization and reporting.
• SDLC Knowledge: Strong understanding of SDLC and ability to apply key phases effectively.
• Decision-Making: Expertise in leveraging data insights for informed, strategic decisions.
• Preferred: Prior experience with Banks.
