Minimum Qualifications;
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2 years of office-related experience.
Job Summary:
To manage, coordinate, and directly support the administrative and business management, and/or staff activities within a Process/Department. Ability to think & act on own initiative in providing process management of financial, human resource, and administrative support functions.
Job Duties:
PeopleSoft FMS
· Experience in all steps of the process for the following:
o Requisitions/Purchase Orders
§ Policies on submitting all supporting documentation needed to process, including but not limited to:
· Exclusive Acquisition Justification (EAJs)
· Purchasing Support Questionnaire (PSQs)
o Non-PO Vouchers
o Travel – Travel Authorizations and Expense Reports
o All aspects of creating new vendors in the system
o PaymentWorks
o Account codes
o Signature routing
Kronos
· Experience as KRONOS Department Manager
o Reviewing, editing, and approving employee time cards, leave, and missed punch requests
Experience proofing documentsAbility to prioritize tasks when facing multiple deadlinesAdministrative support for executives, including in the C-SuiteOn-site work environment
