To accelerate our growth journey, we are seeking a curious, strategic, and results-driven Senior Business Controller to join our Maintenance Division — encompassing Base Maintenance, Line Maintenance, Engine Repair, and Component Workshop units — in Tallinn, Estonia.

Your Mission - As Senior Business Controller, you will

Act as a strategic partner: Be the right hand to the Managing Director and Business Unit leaders, bridging business vision and financial performance Lead financial planning: Own the budgeting, forecasting, and financial steering processes for all Maintenance business units Drive performance & profitability: Deliver sharp cost and profitability analyses, pinpoint key drivers, and provide actionable recommendations to support sustainable growth Champion insightful reporting: Produce monthly performance reports and robust pre/post-project profitability analysis to guide strategic pricing and margin optimization Support decision-making: Advise on tenders, investments, and growth initiatives using advanced ROI, NPV, and scenario modeling Advance operational excellence: Partner on LEAN and continuous improvement projects, and support efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization Enable data-driven culture: Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and automated tools (Excel, Power BI, AMOS), and promote financial literacy across teams Ensure compliance & integrity: Safeguard internal controls and uphold audit readiness in all aspects of financial management Collaborate across functions: Engage with HR, Procurement, Operations, and Commercial teams to drive business-wide financial understanding and cost awareness


About You

5+ years of progressive experience in controlling, ideally in MRO, aviation, or complex industrial settings Mastery of financial planning & analysis, project controlling, BI tools, and stakeholder engagement Advanced skills in financial modeling, variance analysis, and supporting strategic business decisions Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Naturally curious, analytical, and business-oriented—able to see beyond the numbers and identify levers for value creation Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, and constantly evolving environment Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to make a real impact
