And we’re growing! **The Role** Our Banking & Financial Services Group is looking for a Consulting Manager to join our journey. We’re looking for someone who is a Sr. Business Analyst within the Banking domain. We’re hiring **experienced Business Analysts** with deep knowledge of payment systems and a strong consulting mindset to support a strategic modernization initiative. This program focuses on evaluating and enhancing current payment capabilities across Wires, Fedwire, and ACH, including integration analysis, vendor evaluation, and future-state design aligned with emerging technologies like AI and automation. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in **payments hub implementation** , operations and infrastructure, coupled with experience delivering large-scale discovery and vendor selection engagements in financial services environments.
