In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Senior Business Analyst (Financial Services) to join our Business Analysis & Quality Assurance team in Athens.      

Analyze and understand business needs for financial services clients, developing clear and accurate specifications to ensure systems fully meet business requirementsAnalyze client processes, design user journeys and identify opportunities for digitization and optimizationTranslate functional specifications and business process analysis into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with financial services regulations and standardsConduct data mapping for migration/integration projectsFacilitate requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders from business, operations, risk/compliance, and ITPresent prototypes to the client and gather / process client feedbackEffectively communicate with business and technical teams at all levels, including senior stakeholders in financial institutionsPrepare of high-quality deliverables mainly including business requirements documents, process flows, and functional specifications, etc

What you bring matters 

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance Administration or other relevant fieldAt least 5 years of Business Analysis experience in IT projects in the Financial Services/Banking and/or Insurance SectorProven knowledge and hands-on experience in the Financial Services/Banking and/or Insurance domain (products, processes, and regulatory environment)Experience in business process design and understanding of applications with preference in CRM, ERP, RPA and BPM; experience with core banking, payment processing, or policy administration platforms is an advantageExcellent skills on planning, strong oral and written communication skills in Greek and EnglishPassion to work in a multidisciplinary teams and projectsCreativity and analytical thinking to solve complex problemsSelf motivation for continued learning and developmentCommitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships
