Your 'day to day'

 

As a Senior Business Analyst – Signavio & Process Mining, you will supporting process-led transformation by leveraging Signavio and developing comprehensive end-to-end process mining solutions.

 

More specifically, you will

 

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements for process mining initiatives.Business Case Assessment: Supporting high-level assessments and summarize business cases, including cost and benefit analysis.Collaboration with IT Architect: Work closely with the IT architect to integrate new applications, finalize efforts, timelines, and solutions for integration.Data Model Architecture: Architect the data model to facilitate comprehensive end-to-end process analysis.Dashboard Development: Develop insightful dashboards to support process analysis and optimization.Testing and Deployment Support: Support the testing and deployment of process mining solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.Process Analysis: Utilize process mining tools for thorough process analysis, including comparisons with existing process maps to identify inefficiencies. Work closely with stakeholders to propose strategic solutions to optimize workflows.Benefit Monitoring: Monitor and finalize the benefits derived from the project.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, analyses, and solutions to ensure knowledge retention and easy access for future reference.User Support: Provide ongoing support to users, addressing any issues or questions they may have about the dashboards.Capability Building: Collaborate with the Product Owner to develop comprehensive content to support capability building.

 

Who we're looking for

 

Educational Background: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is essential. A master’s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.Experience: At least 5 years of experience in process mining and process improvement.Relevant Roles: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or a similar role with a focus on process analysis and process mining.Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio, including process discovery, analysis, and optimization. Practical experience with platforms such as Signavio or Celonis is highly desirable.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of FMCG business processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to business processes.Visualization Tools: Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to effectively present findings and insights.Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify patterns, trends, and process inefficiencies from data.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, present findings, and provide actionable recommendations for process improvement.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

 

Data Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data manipulations.Programming Skills: Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for advanced analytics and automation is beneficial.
