Your expertise in data analysis and process improvement will help optimize our business functions and advance Spectrum’s goals.

This position is in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate business operations and propose solutions that align functions with organizational objectivesInterpret organizational structure, policies and operations to recommend enhancements for business processes and planningCompile and analyze complex data to assess current and future operations, presenting findings to support business change strategiesDevelop clear reports, charts and presentations to communicate recommendations and strategiesEstimate project phases and elements, including personnel requirements and costs, to support planning and executionAnalyze market dynamics and external data sources to identify trends and deliver actionable insights to managementSuggest improvements that leverage new technology or alternative uses of existing technology to strengthen business outcomes

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience5+ years of business analysis or related experience
