Provides expertise and systems support in the development and enhancement of business systems to deliver new or improved products for clients, as well as effective planning, reporting, and analytical tools for internal functions.

Essential FunctionsUnder general direction, formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs and a strong understanding of applicable business systems and requirementsAnalyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate them into clear and accurate system requirement specificationsDevise or modify procedures to solve complex business and system problems, considering system capacity, limitations, operating time, and desired outcomesEvaluate the business implications of applying technology to current and future business environmentsProvide guidance and mentoring to less‑experienced Business Systems AnalystsPerform work at a high technical level across most phases of systems analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standardsQualifications

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experienceMinimum five (5) years of systems analysis experienceKnowledge of business‑wide applications, including third‑party software and internal operational systemsDemonstrated ability to understand client and business requirements, as well as underlying infrastructure applications, systems, and processesStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

Preferred

Experience supporting IQVIA client‑facing applications and productsThorough knowledge of IQVIA data assets and current systemsAbility to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $84,600.00 - $211,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
