THE OPPORTUNITY
In this role, you will act as a senior business partner to commercial and country stakeholders, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that directly support strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in shaping commercial analytics, driving performance visibility, and elevating the maturity of business intelligence across countries.

 

Responsibilities of this role:

Translate business questions into clear analytical requirements and insightsPerform deep-dive analyses and deliver decision-oriented recommendationsBuild, maintain, and own Power BI dashboards for daily and recurring reportingDrive country-level analytics, including acquisition and point-of-sale opportunitiesPartner with commercial, regional, and BI stakeholders to align on prioritiesEnsure consistency, quality, and clarity of reporting and insightsSupport and mentor junior analysts within the BI team

 

 

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data, Analytics, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, BI, or commercial analyticsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (mandatory)Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skillsProven ability to translate data into actionable business insightsExperience in commercial operations, consultancy, or multinational environmentsFluency in English; Dutch is a strong advantage
