Description We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Silent 8 and CNB Migration initiatives. This is a business-focused role, not a technical BSA position. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision. Responsibilities: • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze, document, and optimize business processes. • Develop Business Process Flows and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. • Act as a liaison between business teams and project stakeholders. • Contribute to strategic discussions and provide insights to support decision-making. • Drive initiatives proactively anticipate needs, identify gaps, and propose solutions. • Communicate effectively across all levels, from executive leadership to delivery teams. Must Haves: • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. • Proven experience creating Business Process Flows. • Strategic thinking and proactive approach. • Strong communication skills. Nice to Haves: • AML experience. • Familiarity with Silent 8 or similar compliance tools.
