Your ‘day to day’:

Evaluate sales, distribution, and inventory data to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities, supporting strategic decision-making.Conduct hands-on analysis and performance evaluations to support ongoing initiatives, providing clear business recommendations that drive impact.Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Finance, Distribution, Commercial Operations) to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable analyses.Design sophisticated data products and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decisions across Commercial teams.Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to ensure data solutions meet business needs and maintain analytical accuracy.Present insights and findings in a clear, compelling manner to stakeholders, enabling alignment and informed decision-making.Contribute to the team's continuous improvement by proposing new approaches and automation opportunities.

 

 

Who we’re looking for:
 

Min. 3 years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis or Data Analytics.Strong proficiency in BI tools (such as Power BI), Excel and SQL. Good knowledge of Python or R.Strong presentation skills in both Greek and English language.Familiarity with modern data environments (e.g. cloud-based solutions) is considered a plus.Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to connect data insights to business needs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to act as a liaison between business and technical teams.A continuous improvement mindset, demonstrating dedication to deliver high-quality outcomes.Genuine interest in learning about and applying AI-driven approaches to enhance data products and business insights. Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts is a plus, particularly when used to support advanced decision-making.
