Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience. **Your role and responsibilities** * Develop business case to help clients transform business values and optimize costs * Facilitate workshops and conduct client interviews for both technical and business teams to identify pain points and requirements * Document current business processes and use cases, providing recommendation for future operational scenarios * Capture, analyse and document business requirements from clients * Facilitate clients and technical teams to identify business problems and develop a solution that best fit the business case * Evaluate and understand functional impacts from front-to-back to address all impacted application * Support QA activities including system integration and user acceptance testing **Required technical and professional expertise** * Minimum 2 years of solid experience in system development projects, ideally from consultancy environment * Excellent client facing and communication skills * Strong analytical problem resolution skills * Inquisitive fast learner for industry trends and new technology capabilities * Interest to reinvent ideas to make meaningful changes and improvements for our clients * Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change with a strong awareness and understanding of cultural diversity * Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
