Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be part of the Community Development Agency supporting various initiatives aimed at improving public services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Senior Business Analyst
**Location:** Sacramento, California (On-site with up to 2 days remote)
**Pay Range:** $55 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Elicit, develop, and document project requirements and technical specifications; analyze and organize them for clarity and action.
+ Create meeting minutes, action items, and next steps to ensure effective communication.
+ Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements throughout the development cycle.
+ Create software test plans and user guides to facilitate user understanding.
+ Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to ensure software system reliability and adherence to requirements.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
+ Able to establish and meet deadlines effectively.
+ Experience using Accela or collaborating with an Accela development team or vendor is a plus.
