About the role
This role will play an essential role in supporting the Commercial Intelligence AMEA team in providing meaningful dashboard and analysis to drive growth in Volume, Margin, Active customers and other leading measures to the Sales Community. This individual must be a team player with strong technical skills, ability to handle huge complex data and good analytical skills.
Key responsibilities include
Develop PowerBI dashboards with relevant business insights and leading measures to drive growth in Sales. Develop Sell-in, Sell-Out analysis and drive discussions with Sales team to identify opportunities. Data-driven with keen eye for details and ability to interpret complex data, translate to meaningful and useful information to drive decision-making and continuous improvement. Uses multiple data sources to analyze, track, interpret and provide clear and concise action plans for the Commercial team to drive volumes across brands or product categories. Assist in the coordination and validation of monthly Joint Business Plans that are rolled out to distributors in the region. Perform and follow up on monthly tracking of performance scorecard and dashboards. Support the organization by ensuring access to accurate, actionable data that is easy to use and readily accessible. Be a strong driver of data-driven decision making throughout the organization. Communicating insights to the Sales & Marketing community. Develop data visualizations to identify trends, patterns and outliers through rich visualizations. Proactively participate in adhoc projects, where necessary. Support the AMEA Chocolate Sales and Marketing Organization with value added reports and insights.
About you
University Degree/Bachelor majoring in Finance, Business or Data Analytics Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Financial or Data Analysis. Proven expertise in Large Data cleaning, Data wrangling, and Data Modelling is required. Advanced Level in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Power Point is compulsory VBA, Power Query, DAX Scripts knowledge will be prioritized Experience in SalesForce.com will be preferred Excellent in English (Oral and Written) Experience in handling complex data, data extraction from various sources (API, Azure Databricks, Semantic Models, MS Excels, CSV etc). Experience in Food Service industry will be an advantage Strong business acumen Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing and complex business situations. Entrepreneurial and fighting spirit, self-motivated with passion. Team Player and collaborator with ability to build relationship and experience supporting a diverse team in AMEA. Strong and effective communication and presentation skills. Inquisitive and Proactive – Ability to research, analyze and form recommendations that can be communicated to stakeholders effectively. Ability to multi-task with excellent organization skills and can work with tight deadlines.
