Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Facilitate meetings to gather requirements and provide project updates.
Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to ensure alignment with client needs and regulatory standards.
• Create and maintain clear and detailed requirement specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Write and maintain functional design and documentation.
• Develop and update project documentation, including business cases, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers and developers, ensuring the determination of various integrations, flows, and dependencies of features across the product.
• Review functional design documents, user stories, and other functional artifacts to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Develop new test scripts, modify existing scripts, run test scripts, and log defects.
• Perform system testing.
• Conduct testing of existing capabilities.
• Work with the technical team in defect resolution.
• Make necessary updates to the system and training documentation.
• Confirm the transfer of knowledge as necessary throughout the project.
• Resolve customer issues.
• Build product knowledge.
• Work with the delivery/development teams by driving towards the product roadmap.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must to have Skills-

Member should have experience in handling Financial, ERP applications.
Member should have basic understanding of Finance and concepts.
Member should have presentation skills

Knowledge in ERP - Finance with specialization in AP, AR, GL, Budgeting, Procurement. Finance domain Is base expectation.
• Preferably should have experience in developing an ERP or modules in ERP.
• Should have finance educational background and well versed with Finance concepts
• Work as in individual contributor along with peers, customers, delivery, development and quality assurance teams and deliver product roadmap
• Drive and propose solutions that provide an enhanced user experience as a key area of focus aligned with the emerging trend in the market
• Provide tangible solutions and guidance on issues and queries from various stakeholders.
• Should have experience in mentoring members.
Technological Prowess:
SQL base minimum experience necessary

Good to Have-Banking or finance domain knowledge
