You’ll provide consulting services, root-cause analysis, and targeted end-user training while driving opportunities for effective use of SAP technology and solutions. **What You’ll Do** + Act as the primary SAP support contact for Operations (Materials Management, Distribution, Quality Management, Production Planning). + Serve as Subject Matter Expert for SAP S/4 Supply Chain Operations. + Provide leadership in SAP S/4HANA production support and problem resolution. + Liaise between SAP support teams and technical groups to resolve complex issues. + Ensure compliance with SLAs, change control, and regulatory requirements. + Participate in projects, upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. + 7+ years of experience in SAP S/4 SCM (MM, Distribution, QM, Production Planning). + Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA SCM configuration/customization. + Strong understanding of integration with other SAP modules. + Excellent communication and leadership skills. **Preferred Skills** + Experience with SAP Fiori apps, SAP MDG, SAP APO. + Knowledge of SAP interfaces, IDOC functionality, and 3PL integration.
