We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), particularly in Reltio MDM and Informatica MDM platforms, within the Life Sciences domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with hands-on experience in MDM migration projects, enterprise data integrations, and business process transformation initiatives.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, ETL teams, development teams, QA teams, and CRM teams to support data migration, integration, mapping, governance, and requirement management activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and business teams.Convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications.Prepare and maintain:Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)Mapping DocumentsMaster Mapping FilesData Transformation RulesProcess Flows and Functional SpecificationsConduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and functional walkthroughs.Coordinate and lead:Defect Review Meetings (DRMs)Requirement discussionsUAT support activitiesFunctional clarification sessionsWork closely with development, QA, ETL, product owners, and client teams throughout project delivery.Support Informatica MDM to Reltio MDM migration initiatives.Analyze source system data and support data harmonization and migration activities.Understand and validate integrations between MDM platforms, ETL layers, CRM systems, and downstream applications.Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams for backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.Create and manage user stories, defects, tasks, and tickets in Jira and Azure DevOps.Participate in data quality validation, governance discussions, and root cause analysis activities.Coordinate with technical teams to clarify mapping logic, transformation rules, and integration requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

MDM Expertise:Strong hands-on experience in Reltio MDM & Informatica MDMExperience in Informatica MDM to Reltio MDM migration projects is highly preferred.Good understanding of Master Data Management concepts, Data governance principles (Good to have), Cross-system data synchronization experienceData & Integration KnowledgeGood understanding of ETL concepts, integration layers, and enterprise data flows.Familiarity with ETL tools and modern data platforms such as Databricks.Ability to understand, Source-to-target mappings, Data transformation logic, Integration workflows, Data validation processesExperience working with enterprise data sources and platforms such as:SAPOneKeyVeeva CRMSalesforce CRMOther commercial/customer master data systems
 Documentation & AnalysisStrong experience in preparing BRDs & FRDsFunctional Specifications , Mapping Documents, Master Mapping Files & Process Flow DiagramsAbility to analyze business records, mapping specifications, and source data files.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Domain ExpertiseMandatory experience in the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical domain.Good understanding of healthcare/customer master data processes.Strong knowledge of MDM entity types such as: Customer, Organization, Product, Payer & Related healthcare and commercial entitiesUnderstanding of healthcare data hierarchies, affiliations, and relationship management concepts.Good knowledge of GxP compliance concepts and regulated environment processes within the Life Sciences industry.Exposure to data governance and data quality practices in regulated pharmaceutical environments is preferred.Knowledge in SQL  to run the query and do the data analysis without any dependency.Soft SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.Good presentation and facilitation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Tools or Agile & CollaborationHands-on experience with: Jira & Azure DevOpsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
