The Interactive Experiences team combines design and technology to create purposeful, simple, and magical digital experiences that influence the way customers interact with Apple online. In this role, you will collaborate with business, creative, and development partners to deliver experiences for the Apple Store app platform.
**Description**
The Senior Business Analyst is a critical liaison, driving alignment between business vision, user experience, and technical execution for digital experiences on our retail platforms. This role is responsible for clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to shape requirements and deliver impactful, user-centered, and scalable digital solutions.
**Responsibilities**
+ Translate business needs and technical requirements into detailed design functional specifications, ensuring understanding across business, design, and technical teams.
+ Design, document, and maintain system processes and workflows.
+ Analyze user experience data and technical constraints to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the product and creative teams.
+ Proactively find opportunities to improve system monitoring, uncover issues, and enhance user value.
+ Lead process optimization initiatives and mentor other Business Analysts.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ At least 5 years as a Business Analyst in a creative environment supporting digital product and e-commerce initiatives.
+ Experience in business and systems analysis, translating complex business needs into detailed, scalable, maintainable and functional system requirements.
+ Experience collaborating closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, and product teams to ensure seamless development, testing, and optimization of new features and functionality.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ A self-starter with a dedication to excellence and outstanding attention to detail.
+ Possesses excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to lead workshops, meetings, and foster collaboration across all levels and teams.
+ Ability to gather and document product design requirements across diverse systems environments.
+ Strong understanding of end-to-end web technologies, preferably with deep knowledge of native iOS apps.
+ Able to navigate ambiguity and change, focusing on both details and strategic planning.
+ Demonstrated experience producing use cases, requirements documents, design functional specifications, and process flows.
+ Delivers results against deadlines and is comfortable defining new process to support evolving work streams.
+ Possesses a deep understanding of system design and user experience principles.
**Pay & Benefits**
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
