About the Role

管理友邦人寿HR系统的业务需求，与用户代表和开发服务部门协同、系统分析以及相关需求管理工作制定，合理的开发计划，以满足业务需求的目标，确保合规性。为用户、开发和测试提供支持与咨询。
统筹HR相关的各项需求正式上线前的优化工作

Roles and Responsibilities:    
1.    参与HR相关系统的重大项目的论证、立项和实施
2.    基于业务需求，制定功能开发说明书
3.    与开发及供应商沟通，分析系统数据，为HR部门提交的需求提供系统解决方案提供数据层面的测试支持
4.    分析HR系统流程、系统间接口关系、系统数据等方面提供业务支持
5.    协调HR用户分析对相关系统及相关接口的影响和可能存在的风险控制点，提出系统改进建议
6.    分析HR系统及相关接口的需求改动，协助开发人员和供应商评估对现有系统各方面影响

Job Requirements:    
1.    大学本科或以上学历，5年以上IT工作经验，对人寿保险有良好的认识
2.    有HR相关工作经验者优先
3.    流利的英语书面和口头表达能力
4.   熟悉需求分析流程和技巧
5.    熟悉 使用Office 软件 (Word, Excel, PPT etc.) 
6.    良好的研究和分析能力.
7.    熟练的普通话表达和沟通能力
