Job Profile Summary:
Generating reports and dashboards and executing Power BI queries. Analyze business processes, and suggest internal improvements. Optimizing customer relationship management system (Salesforce) to enhance business operations and support management decisions
Job Description:
This person will be responsible for delivering certain data management aspects:
Oversee data management from beginning. Creating reports and presentations to share insights. Visualizing data to find patterns. Collaborate with managers and other internal clients to determine which data is required to address their concerns. Utilize and/ or adapt various BI tools and technologies to build interactive and dynamic reports that enable self-service analytics for end-users. Ensure CRM (salesforce) system is optimized for efficient data entry and reporting.
Expectations:
At least 2 years experience in relevant role connected with data management. Advanced Excel Functions, Power Query, Macro creating and Power Point. Nice to have - SQL, (Microsoft SQL or DBeaver) Attention to details Time-management and prioritization Problem Solving Fluent English/C1
