Conduct comprehensive building surveys and prepare detailed technical reports for high-value commercial portfoliosDevelop specifications and administer repair and refurbishment contracts (£500k+ values)Lead dilapidations negotiations and prepare strategic exit strategies for major occupiersCreate planned preventative maintenance strategies that optimize asset performancebuilding reinstatement cost assessments across retail, office, industrial and logistics sectors

Your Profile

Essential Requirements

MRICS qualification in Building Surveying with 3-5+ years PQE in commercial consultancyProven expertise in dilapidations, building surveys, and contract administrationCommercial acumen with excellent report writing and presentation capabilitiesTeam collaboration skills with ability to work independently under pressureFull UK driving license and flexibility for regional travel

Desirable Experience

AutoCAD proficiency and familiarity with digital survey technologiesExperience across multiple commercial property sectorsKnowledge of sustainability assessments and ESG requirementsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
