Skills and Requirements - 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or IT Consultant within financial services (capital markets, wealth management, asset management, or investment operations). - Strong understanding of advisor onboarding processes and digital client engagement strategies. - Experience with Smart Forms and digitized onboarding design and implementation, including data validation and workflow automation. - Familiarity with proprietary digital technology environments and secure authentication practices. - Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and tools (JIRA, Confluence) and ability to write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with e-signature platforms and digital document management. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements for advisor onboarding in Canadian financial services. - Familiarity with API integrations for digital onboarding solutions.
